Another 'dog walks in pictures' - here's Elle's family dogs' regular walk, in the flat Lincolnshire Fens.

01. A good place to park is just past this bridge.  When you look over to your right, it is quite picturesque (for this area of Lincolnshire anyhow!).  Twee little cottages on the banks of the River Glen in Surfleet-seas-end.

02. Then you get towed down this track to the good bit!
04. Over this bridge, that bit is Surfleet Reservoir (known to the locals as the res).  That’s not a reservoir that’s a river, I hear you say.  I believe it qualifies as a reservoir because there’s some sort of a dam down there which keeps the water in?!
06. There’s a good bit on the left to stretch their legs.  When there’s a high tide, it often floods, leaving it waterlogged with little ponds everywhere and it’s great to watch the dogs then.

03. Past all the dilapidated boats…
05. Off we go, as you can see the res is on the right and on the left is a different River, that one is the River Welland…
07. Always the opportunity to have a quick splash in the river…
08. Or just a soak in a good puddle.  This is a couple of days after a high tide…
